In addition to print brochure layouts I also created a modular Marketo template. Working with support at Marketo to get the best features and iron out any difficult code, I created a template that our staff love to use. Images from our new campaign are ready to drop in and out, and replacing them with a custom image works just like it would in any other template.
Using the correct font has been an issue in the past, especially when copying and pasting from Word, so I created preset heading and body copy sections to drop in at any part of the email.
At Guild we partner with allied health associations, so customers will receive an email with a logo lock-up with the association they belong to.

3 Concept versions, with very slight differences in how the logo in the header will be presented.
Email System
To make it as easy as possible for all staff to be able to customise an email, not just those who know how to edit HTML. While the older template worked well, users were still struggling with getting headlines correct or creating a table to house the grid of icons.

How users can construct emails with Modules for everything they need.
Responsive Landing Page System
As the Guild Insurance website was already created and under the control of the Digital department using a Conent Managemet System which was unable to export the basic structure of the site, I recreated all the header and footer elements using plain HTML and CSS with the help of developer tools in web browsers.
This enabled a smooth transition from the Marketo landing pages to any other page on the actual Guild website. Doing this helped customers to feel like they were in safe hands, as clicking a link in an email and landing on a page that doesn't match the actual site can give the sense that something isn't right and they are being scammed.
